We are infused with the sense of glorification & gratification to say that we are the part of the highly reputed and renowned organization which has nearly 1300 K.Vs all over the country and abroad. Kendriya Vidyalaya is monitored by an autonomous body known as Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan under the ministry of HRD Govt. of India.

Our Vidyalaya KV No.2 NHPC Banbasa , PO Chandani, Distt, Champawat UK is located in the lush greenery of nature at the bank of holy river Sharda . The richness of flora & fauna is a bliss to the teachers & learners. Our Vidyalaya comprises of ONE sections from class I to X & Two sections in XI & XII have science, commerce stream. As on date it has 475 students. The majority of students hails from project and middle class families from the locals . Our teachers shape and prune the destiny of these children.

The Vidyalaya has highly competent, qualified, dedicated & devoted teachers. All the teachers are well-versed in modern methods of teaching based on digital technology.
